  • Toll-Free and Virtual Numbers

  • Bulk SMS and Voice Broadcasting

  • WhatsApp Business API and Marketing Platforms

  • Custom Software and IT Solutions

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during the registration process.

  • Provide the required KYC documents at the time of onboarding 

  • Advanzala reserves the right to re-verify or ask for KYC documents as and when required, following telecom policy and abiding by government guidelines

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorised access to your account.

  • Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Site or your account.

3. Use License and Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials.

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Site.

  • Use our communication services (SMS, WhatsApp, IVR) for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activities.

  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

4. Compliance with Communication Laws

When using our Bulk SMS, Voice, or WhatsApp services, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local and international laws, including the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) in India. You must ensure you have obtained the necessary consent from recipients before sending promotional or transactional messages.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain services are provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis.

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on the Site are provided on an 'as is' basis. Advanzala Infotech makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Advanzala Infotech or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site or our communication gateways.

All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of Advanzala Infotech Private Limited. Unauthorised use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Advanzala Infotech has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the Company.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi for any disputes arising out of these Terms.
